Referrals

Mr Peters-Willke is a Neurosurgeon, who sees privately insured patients (including Workers Compensation and MAIB patients) at consulting rooms at Calvary Private Hospital, Hobart. Public patients need to be referred to the Royal Hobart Hospital outpatients clinics or present via A&E at the Royal Hobart Hospital.

Referrals should be sent in the mail or by fax.

Appointments are triaged based on clinical urgency.

What to bring to your appointment?

Bring your referral letter if it hasn’t already been sent through by your GP or Emergency doctor. Make sure you bring  copies of X-Rays, CT’s, MRI’s with you to your appointment. A list of your regular medications and allergies would also be helpful.
